Returns/Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
   1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
   2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
   3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
   4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

Used Firearms

The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.

General Firearm Sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

Consumer Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.

The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.

Secure Transmission

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) featuring 128-bit encryption. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a website and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the website and the browser remains private and secure.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

Online Price & Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that $dealerName will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

Ammunition Purchases

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*

Transfer Prices

Listed bellow are our pricing on various transfers.

Incoming Transfers:
Long Gun / Handgun / Receiver's:

$50 PER FIREARM, $40 FOR MILITARY (THIS INCLUDES RETIRED, VETERAN, ACTIVE, RESERVE, GUARD, ETC), FIRST RESPONDERS (FIRE, EMS, POLICE, ETC) ALL MUST SHOW PROPER CREDENTIALS AT THE TIME OF TRANSFER.

$5 storage fee will be assessed after the first 7 days of receiving the firearm (serialized item). Every aditional week storage fee is multiplied by 5 (five), not to exceed the MSRP value of the item(s). Items not transfered within 6 (six) months of CSC receiving are considered abandoned property. Our goal is always not to have this happen. If long term storage is required please reach out to us for arrangements.

NFA Transfer:
$150 Per Item for acceptance and transfer to customer, (As of 01/01/2023)*

Outbound Transfers:
We offer outbound transfer service to other Federal Firearms Licensee's only. To simplify the process we will need the: Name of the FFL, address, phone number, and/or email (we will take care of the rest).Outbound transfer cost of $50 per serialzed item plus shipping, flat rate of $40 per handguns and receivers and a flat rate of $50 for long guns per serialized item. If you are looking to ship multiple items we can assit you with a reasonable cost per additional item if it is the same type of firearm catagory and being shipped to the same FFL.

**All payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover are subject to a 3% CC Fee. American Express is subjected to a 5% CC Fee.

***Items that cannot be transfered to an individual are subject to an "Outbound transfer" of $50 plus (+) the cost of shipping, hand guns and NFA items of a flat rate of $40.00 and long guns of $50.00 unless a RMA (Return of Merchandize Authorization is provided; this must be provided from the originator of the item).

Transfer Conditions

Bellow are the following conditions for performing a transfer with Capital Supply Company, LLC

We only provide incoming transfers for Virginia residents or Active Duty Military with current orders that station them in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

We do not honor dual residency.

Please alert us to any transfer inbound to us that you are making via email ( transfers@capitalsupplycompany.com ). If you are provided tracking information at time of checkout, please provide it to us, otherwise provide it to us at your earliest convenience.

At this time, we only accept inbound transfers from other FFL's.

While you may receive notification through your tracking information that your firearm has been delivered to our shop, please wait for us to contact you and let you know that your firearm is ready to pick up. We will contact you by email and, if it is at a reasonable hour, also by phone. This gives us time to process all incoming firearms as well as set up a good time for you to come by and pick it up.

Our storage at this time is limited. Please arrange a time within 7 calendar days of our receiving the firearm to come and pick it up. If you require that a firearm be stored for longer, please contact us to in order to make the necessary accommodations. Storing inventory for longer than 7 days may incur additional storage fees.

We reserve the right to refuse a transfer to any individual for any reason.

When you come to pick up your firearm, you must bring your Virginia Driver's License (or Virginia DMV Issued ID card) that displays your current residence. Please ensure that 30 days have elapsed since the issuance of either form of ID. We cannot accept any ID that is newer than 30 days unless it is a reissue.

If you are Active Duty Military, you will need to bring your home state drivers license, your active duty military ID, and your current orders that permanently station you in Virginia.

Purchase and or Trade

We buy used guns and offer instore credit for firearms. Please note we only offer pricing for items inperson. We cannot evaluate the item over the phone, email, or text. We offer payment in a check form if you agree to sell the item to us, Capital Supply Company. Selling a firearm to a Federal Firearms License holder is the best way to dispose of an item. We purchase estates as well. To sell an item to us please provide a government photo ID with your current address or other supporting governemnt documents; vehicle registration with current residence, Voter ID with current residence, tax bill with current residence. When we acquire an item we will give you a receipt stating who you sold (disposed) the item(s) to.
